Drawing from years of experience teaching, mentoring, and running successful training programs, these offerings focus on intelligent cueing, creative sequencing, anatomy, hands-on work, and building a sustainable career. Hi,

My name is Rachel and I have been teaching Pilates and movement for 10 years.

Education & Certifications: Balanced Body comprehensive, Kinected Anatomy, Precision Nutrition, Fascia Release, Pre/Postnatal, BA in Psychology & Kinesiology.

I began Pilates in high school after being diagnosed with EDS (hypermobility). Every form of exercise I had tried before caused pain, and I believed that was simply what movement felt like. When I discovered Pilates, I realized that movement and pain do not have to co-exist.

I went on to earn my comprehensive Balanced Body certification and spent the next seven years teaching throughout New York City. Now based in Los Angeles, I run multiple teacher training programs and workshops yearly while continuing to teach incredible clients. No matter who I’m working with, my goal is always to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel strong, confident, and capable.
